How to Write a Feminist Story

In July I gave a talk at the Women’s Declaration International conference in London, “How to Write a Feminist Story without Shouting.” I’ve only written one novel, so I have a lot to learn, but I wanted to share how to embed a “message” in a story so that it connects with the reader emotionally, and isn’t bolted on.
